The Quiet Strength Campaign

Sharing the stories of victims everywhere to fight trafficking and violence.

One of the bravest things you can do is ask for help when you need it.

Voices for Change, Reform, and Recovery

Our goal is to center survivor leadership in conversations about gender‑based violence (GBV), to destigmatize survivorship and shame by creating space for honest and dignified storytelling, to uplift inclusive narratives that reflect the diversity of survivor experiences, and to share stories that build collective resilience, solidarity, and community wealth.

Survivor Voices: Open Writing Call

We are inviting survivors of gender‑based violence to share blog posts (800–1,500 words) that reflect your stories, experiences, and insights. Accepted pieces may be featured in our newsletter, on our website, and within our Survivor Collective network. Survivor voices are powerful, necessary, and transformative. This is your invitation to contribute your creativity and truth to our community. All survivors are welcome to submit. Whether you are an experienced writer or just beginning to share your story, your voice matters here.

Trust your instincts. Notice patterns. Protect yourself, and others. And if you’re in need of protection, reach out, as we will do what we can to protect you too.

If you or someone you may know is being trafficked, you can anonymously call the NHTRC hotline at 1-888-373-7888 (or text 233733) which is nationwide and 24/7.

Linked above is our currently only form of social media. If you want to reach out on a more personal level, or just prefer social media contact, we are here for you through there as well.
The Quiet Strength

Let it be known that above all, we will never judge, shame, undermine, analyze, or try to explain your situation or experience in any way. We are listeners, and we are listeners who have also been in your shoes. So we know just how much you might need someone who right now will just listen above all else.

Get In Touch! Reach Out!

We'd love to hear from you. Whether that means your experience, your feelings, your regrets, your accomplishments, the work you've put in or need to put in; we want to hear it all. Sometimes we also just need to vent out feelings we cannot even put words to. Send us a message and we'll respond as swiftly and as accommodatingly as possible.

Meet our Primary Founder, Amanda Noll! The woman who in less than one year of escape from trafficking was the one who brought to life the idea of The Quiet Strength being more than an idea, that how as a campaign based in real life experience and compassion, true change can be made. With licensing in psychiatric background, she can also offer more in depth help that one may be requesting.

Meet our Co-founder, Jenna Petersen! As another survivor of human trafficking, the connection and dedication between these two women goes beyond the desire to just help those that we’ve been in the shoes of. It is rooted in a friendship that is candid on all topics and trust, allowing them to work together collaboratively, ultimately allowing for a more thoughtful help.
